Project description: A development included a small loft conversion with a new roof extension which was designed under Permitted Development Rights for householders. The main intention was not to dominate and deform the building's proportions with the alteration and its design.

RIBA Work Stages: 2 - 5 (Concept Design - Construction) 

My duties: developing a schematic design and layout options, 3D modelling of the proposed roof and staircase enlargements, submitting an application for the Lawful Development Certificate, drawings coordination, tender package preparation, joinery detailed drawings, electric and lighting layout, carrying out regular site visits to assess the progress of works, responding to Contractor's RFI.
